Porkkanasämpylöitä [carrot buns]

Ihme on tapahtunut, meitsi on ruvennut leipomaan! Sain jonkun ihme kohtauksen sunnuntaina ja leipoa pyöräytin porkkanasämpylöitä! Uunin testaukset jatkuvat, se toimi hienosti, vaikkakin jouduin antamaan palluroille enemmän aikaa mitä ohjeessa neuvottiin. Terapeuttinen ja hieno kokemus, taidanpa leipoa joskus toistekin :o)

[A miracle has happened: I have been baking! I got this crazy idea last Sunday and managed to make some bread, carrot buns! I still keep testing my new oven, this time it worked well even though I had to keep the buns little bit longer in there compared with the recipe. The experience was nice and therapeutic, I might try it again :o)]
